Gun Wook (Kim Nam Gil) plots revenge against the Haeshin Group, a large corporation to whom Tae Sung (Kim Jae Wook) is the heir.
Duringhis childhood days, Gun-wook (played by Kim Nam-gil) is mistaken as thesuccessor to Haeshin Group who was abandoned as a baby and startsliving the life of his dreams after the family takes him in from anorphanage but a DNA test soon reveals he was lying and is heartlesslykicked out of the house. He who then grows up to be an all-aroundattractive man — good-looking with great athletic and linguistic skills— sets up an elaborate plan through which he approaches Haeshin Group’syoungest daughter Hong Monet (played by Jung So-min) to recover thefirm ‘which was mine.’ Tae-ra (played by Oh Yeon-su), Monet’s oldersister and the pillar of the Haeshin family, ignores and despises sucha Gun-wook yet she starts to develop new emotions toward him the moreshe meets him. Meanwhile, Jae-in (Han Ga-in), who is beautiful andintelligent yet born into an average family, dreams of climbing thesocial ladder by betting her stakes on Tae-sung (played by KimJae-wook), the actual hidden son of Haeshin Group.
